1 lb. hamburger3 cans tomatoes in tomato juice1 can kidney beans1 can black beans1 can corn1/2 cup cooked quinoataco seasoning to taste1/2 onionminced garlic to preference
Cook hamburger with onions and garlic. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and quinoa. Add taco seasoning to taste. Top lettuce with taco salad and chips (if you prefer) and fat free sour cream and cheese. Calories figured only for ingredients in the recipe (not for lettuce, chips, cheese or sour cream.)
