1 tsp dijon mustard1 Tbsp Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese.5 Tbsp lime juice1 tsp mustard seed2 sprigs fresh dill weed, finely chopped8 oz salmon filet
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except salmon in a small bowl. Lightly coat salmon with salt and pepper and put in small baking dish. Coat with mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Salmon should flake easily with a fork.
