300g cabbage87g onions53g carrots17 3"x3" won ton wrappers
Chop all the veggies and steam or boil then drain the cabbage. Add the onions and carrots and whatever spices you like (Oriental Five Spice, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Ginger).
Fill a small bowl with water.
Wet your finger tips and use them to wet the outer edge of your first wrapper. Put two or three tablespoons of filler inside and roll like a burrito. You may be able to tuck in extra veggies in the ends. Freeze with seam-side down or bake for 10min at 425F.
Enjoy with your favorite dip!
A "serving" for spark is one roll just to cut out any pesky math. I usually eat 4 for abotu 120cals.
