Spiced Winter Squash

Ingredients
4 cups winter squash, peeled and diced3 Tbs margarine or butter, melted2 Tbs Brown Sugar, packed1 Tbs lime juice1 tsp Pumpkin Pie SpiceSalt to taste
Directions
Salt squash lightly and place in a 2 qt microwave safe casserole. Mix the butter, sugar, lime juice, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over the squash pieces. Microwave on High for approximately 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until squash is tender. If using a conventional oven, bake at 350* for about 1 hour. Makes 4- 1 cup servings.
