Salmon Quiche

Ingredients
Mix 1/4c flour and 1/4ts baking powder. Make a well in it. Pour in the following, already combined: 4 medium eggs, 2c nonfat milk, salt to taste. Stir till smooth. Break up drained salmon from 440g can, add with 70g grated cheese and 1 small finely chopped onion.Spray dish with non stick spray, cook 45 mins on 180 degrees celcius, preheated oven.
