L.R. veal cubes in mushroom gravy

Ingredients
4 lbs. cubed veal stew meat4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms3 cans 98% fat-free mushroom soup3 cups 2% milkseasoned salt to tastegarlic powder to taste1/4 cup cornstarch1 cup fat-free sour cream
Directions
Brown meat in a large skillet with non-stick spray.
Place into a large crock pot. Top with mushroom slices. In a large bowl, whisk together the soup, milk, seasoned salt if desired and garlic powder. Microwave on high, stirring occasionally until hot. Pour over meat. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Stir a little water into the cornstarch and add to pot about 1 hour before it's done. Stir until thickened. When ready to serve, stir in sour cream. Serve over brown rice or mashed potatoes. Makes about 12 cups.
