Anchovy & Mustard Salad Dressing

2 tbs. lemon juice2 tbs. Dijon mustard1 tsp. ground black pepper1 tbs. anchovy paste2/3 cup (.35 cup) extra virgin olive oilSea salt to taste
Whisk the first four ingredients together. Slowly add the oil. Season with sea salt. Taste and adjust if necessary. Cover and refridgerate.
This is good made a day ahead. Bring to room temperature and whisk well before tossing with a salad.
