Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)salt and pepper, 1 serving (remove)Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.50 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 450..Put chicken into a plastic container and pour buttermilk over them..Let them sit in buttermilk for 6 hours or overnite..Mix seasonings together in a bowl..Remove chicken breasts from buttermilk and let them drip for a few minutes..Put seasonings on both sides of the chicken breast and then dip them in breadcrums..Lay chicken on sprayed cooking sheet..Bake chicken for 10 minutes and then lightly spray the top of them and gently flip them over and return them to baking..Bake until chicken is crispy and no longer pink inside..These are delicious
