Turkey Patties

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1 egg white1 T. Shallot, chopped1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs1 T. Poultry Seasoning1 T. dried Parsley
Directions
Mix All ingredients together til well combined.

Make 4 patties.
Using a nonstick frying pan and vegetable spray, brown patties on both sides. Cover and cook on medium heat until done.

Cook for 20-25 minutes til done.
