Ground Turkey and Beef Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 pound ground turkey2 pounds 93% lean ground beef1/2 cup egg beaters, or 2 large egg whites1 cup brown rice1 cup skim milk1/2 teaspn salt1/4 teaspn pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir together and combine as best you can. You might have to use your hands! Spoon mixture into loaf pan and flatten the top surface with the back side of the spoon. Bake for 60-75 minutes.
