Baked Tilapia Fish Tacos-only 7 grams of fat

Ingredients
4 oz tilapia2 -6 inch flour tortillas2 tbsp salsa2 tbsp salsa con queso1/8 cup black beans1/4 cup cabbage shreddedMexican rice
Directions
Squeeze lemon juice on tilapia and bake in a 425 oven until done (about 12-15 minutes).

Warm tortillas in them microwave between 2 damp paper towels for about 3-40 seconds.

Divide fish and remaining ingredients (not the rice) between 2 flour tortillas.

Serve rice on the side.
