Mary's Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/2 lb flank steak1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp Szechuan sauce1/2 zucchini4 mushrooms4 scallions1 cup bamboo shoots5 slices ginger root
Directions
Cut up everything (zucchini, mushroom, ginger, beef etc.)

Put the sauce in a big wok and crank up the heat

Toss it all in together and cook on high until the steak is done!
