1 whole wheat tortilla1 tbl hummus (i like the spicy ones)1/4 c grated carrot1/4 c lettuce1 tsp balsamic vinegarcucumber,onion, or other veggies as desiredturkey or ham if desiredsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
spread hummus on warm tortilla
toss carrots in vinegar and pepper
arrange all fixings on tortilla and enjoy
