Coconut Basil Quinoa

Ingredients
1 Cup Organic Quinoa13oz Lite Coconut Milk - No sugar added1 basil leaf sliced4oz water
Directions
Rinse and dry quinoa. To a sauce pan add Quinoa, coconut milk, basil and water. Bring to a boil. Once at a roiling boil turn to simmer and cook about 10-15 minutes until quinoa has absorbed all of the liquid.
