Vegetarian Curry Saag

Ingredients
2 14oz cans spinach1 14oz can unsweetened corn1 14oz can mushroom pieces and stems2 tbsp green curry paste2 tsp garlic1 tsp lemon pepper1 tsp rubbed sage1/2 tsp cilantro1/2 tsp rosemary1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp ground cloves1 cup fat-free yoghurt
Directions
In a non-stick cooking pan or wok, combine spinach (liquid included), drained corn and drained mushrooms.
Add spices and curry paste.
Cook on medium until liquid is mostly gone, stirring regularly.
Add yoghurt, stir until yoghurt is integrated.
Cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve over rice and enjoy.
