1-1/2 cup Flour1/2 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup water2 cans Chicken Broth (28 oz)
Heat broth to boiling.
Mix remaining ingriedients until just wet. Drop by spoonfuls into the boiling broth. When they float to the top, they are done!

The calories are high but sodium is overly high. I use a reduce sodium broth to a no sodium broth which both as readily available in stores. With the no sodium I do add a small amount as salt is necessary for taste, but the level isn't as high as the low sodium. Great dumpling! My DH loves them. - 2/2/19
