Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)2 medium red and/or green bell peppers (approx 2.5 cups)1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1pack lipton onion soup mix1/4 cup waterFlour Tortillas
Directions
1. in skillet heat oil over medium-high heat and cook peppers 2 minutes

2. add chicken and cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned

3. stir in soup mix blended with water. simmer 2 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

serve with warm tortillas
