Mixed Greens with Turkey & Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients
7 slices Healthy Ones Oven Roasted Turkey1 Thomas' 100% whole wheat tortilla1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese1.5 cup mixed greens1 tablespoon Newman's Own Light Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrettecumincooking spray
Directions
1. Place the turkey slices on one side of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese & cumin and fold the tortilla in half.
2. Press tightly to secure the filling.
Coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet.
Cook the tortilla for 1 minute on each side or until the cheese is melted. Slide the quesadilla onto a cutting board. Slice into three or 4 triangles. Set aside.

To serve: Toss the mixed greens with the salad dressing. Place the greens in the center of the plate. Arrange the quesadilla triangles around the salad.
