Baked Veggie Chips

Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh beets (about 2 med)1 med. potato1 med. sweet potato1 med. parsnip2 T. Canola Oil2 T. parmesan, grated1/2 t. salt1/2 t. garlic powder1/2 t. oreganodash pepper
Directions
Peel vegetables and cut into 1/8" slices. Place in large bowl. Drizzle w/oil. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over vegetables and toss to coat.

Arrange in a single layer in two ungreased 15x10x1" pan. Bake at 375F for 15-20 min. or until golden brown, turning once.
