Boil chicken and remove meat from bone. In the same water, boil spaghetti and drain, but do not rinse. Mix all ingredients together, except Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F until Velveeta cheese is melted and hot. Garnish with Cheddar cheese and serve.

1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes with chilies1 can cream of mushroom soup1 small container Velveeta cheese, diced1 small onion, sautéed1 stick margarine1 whole chicken1 cup cheddar cheese1 package spaghetti*My Notes*I got this recipe online and made it for dinner (tonight for the first time). It's very good! But here are some suggestions that might make it better. I'll be making it differently next time!1) Instead of a whole chicken I used 1.5 frozen chicken breasts.2) Whole wheat spaghetti would be great, I just didn't have any.3) You can do without the stick of margarine.4) It was way too cheesy so next time I wont use the whole 16 oz. of Velveeta. I think maybe 1/2 or 3/4 of the Velveeta would be perfect. And it's got enough cheese in it......you don't need the cheddar on top.
