Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
2 tablespoons margarine1/3 cup flour4 cups milk, 2% lowfat2 teaspoons chicken bouillon3 cups chopped broccoli, chopped1 cup water3 ounces velveeta1 cup diced potato
Directions
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add the flour and cook, stirring to mix well. Add the milk; cook to thicken as white sauce. Add the bouillon and a little salt and pepper to taste if desired. Cook the broccoli in the water til tender. Add to sauce along with the cheese slices. Simmer til heated through and the cheese is melted.

Serving size is approximately one cup.
