Oriental Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli cut in chunksJuice of 3 lemon wedges3 Tsp. soy sauce1 clove garlic minced1 Tsp. canola oil
Directions
Heat oil in pan or wok. Add broccoli. stir fry for 3 min. Add garlic and stir fry for 3 more min. Add lemon juice and soy sauce let simmer for 4 additional minutes for crunchy broccoli more if you like it softer.
