Homemade Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added1-2 cloves of garlic, minced1 jalapeno, seeded and mincedHandful of fresh cilantroJuice of one limepinch of saltpinch of cuminpinch of chili powderBottled jalapenos with 1 T juice (not in nutritional info.)
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Taste--adjust salt and seasonings to your taste. (I usually need to add more chili powder and bottled jalapeno juice, but that's just me.) Try to fix it ahead of time so yo can let it sit for a few hours in the fridge, but you can certainly eat it right away.
