whole wheat pita bread, goat cheese, spinach, mushroom, onion, pineapple,tomato sauce.
Directions
one 7" pita(200 calories or less)= one serving. Load on the veggies but make sure you are consistent w/ bread/cheese/sauce. Bake @ 400 for 15 min.
