Ingredients
One large container low fat cottage cheeseone brick fat free or low fat cream cheeseone dollop of fat free sour cream1 oz 1% milkgarlic salt to tasteworchestershire sauce to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into bowl and use mixer to stir until desired consistency is acheived. Add more milk if needed to make it the way you want it.
