Beckie's Easy Crock Pot Chicken with Tomatoes, Blackbeans and Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 whole roasting ckicken (about 7 lbs)1 can 28 oz kitchen cut roma tomatoes with seasoning1 can 10.75 oz Campbell's cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free1 can 10.75 oz Campbell's cream of mushroom soup1 can balck beans, 15.5 oz4 oz of a 8 oz pkg. pre-sliced baby bella mushrooms2 cups of water cracked pepper blend grilling & roasting seasoning to taste
Directions
Rinse whole chicken, set a aside, place all the other ingredients in the crockpot on high , stir till mixed, rub chicken or spray with olive oil, sprinkle on seasoning, place chicken in crockpot, make sure cavity gets some of the mixture inside the chicken, turn over a couple of times, breast side up, if your chicken has a timer make sure it is where you can see it. Use a meat thermometer to determine doneness or slow cook till chicken leg easily pulls off bone. Serve over brown rice or egg noodles.
