Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup Tomato Sauce, 1 cup *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove *Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 411 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 432 grams
cook the ground beef in a large skillet or pot and drain. In the same pan or pot,
Add the can (432g) of corn ,undrained. Next, add the can (411g) of green beans,undrained.
Add the garlic and cumin seed. Stir all the ingredients together and simmer on low until it starts to boil slightly. makes 6 (1 cup)
