New Orleans Red Beans & Rice

Ingredients
1 lb dried red beans7 cups water1 cup bell pepper, chopped1 cup onion, chopped1 cup celery, chopped3 garlic cloves, chopped1 lb sausage, sliced3 tbsp Creole seasoningHot cooked rice
Directions
Place first 8 ingredients in a 4-qt slow cooker. Cook, covered, on High for 7 hours or until beans are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
