Vegetable Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
Directions
16 ounces pasta, cooked1/2 c reduced fat cheddar1/2 c reduced fat mozarella2c milk (1%)3tbs flour1 stalk broccoli1 large carrot
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Steam broccoli and carrots until just starting to become tender.
While the above are cooking, heat milk in pan. When it becomes hot, add flour and whisk briskly until smooth.
Put cooked pasta, veggies in casserole dish and pour milk over top. Add cheeses and stir together. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and browning.
Serves 8.
