Beef barley soup

Ingredients
1lb. beef sirloin, cut in cubes1 can Hunts diced tomatoes1 Med. Onion, diced2 cups celery, diced1 cup carrots, diced8 cups beef broth3/4 cup barley
Directions
In a saute pan, brown the sirloin, onions & celery and cook for about 15 minutes until veggies are soft. Transfer to a stock pot & add the diced tomatoes, broth & carrots and simmer approx. 1 hour. Add the barley and cook another 30 minutes.
