Ava Pasta Shrimp Parmesan

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Light Spread2 Tbsp Flour2 Cups Skim Milk8 ounces fat free cream cheese1/2 cup Parmesan cheese1/2 cup white onion3 Tbsp garlic2 pounds shrimp (peeled)14.5 oz Barilla Plus Multigrain Thin Spaghetti
Directions
Start water to boil spaghetti.
In another pot, melt 3 tablespoons of light spread. Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir until mixed. Slowly add 2 cups skim milk and simmer until thickened. Add 8 ounces fat free cream cheese. When cream cheese is melted and mixed in add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and simmer until smooth and well mixed. Season to taste. In another skilled melt 1 tablespoon butter and add onions and garlic. Saute until veggies are tender. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked. Season this also. When spaghetti is done, drain and mix with sauce and shrimp mixture. Makes 8 servings.
