Pork Loin Chops with Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
1 tsp dried rubbed sage1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper4 (4oz) boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oilvegetable cooking spray1 tsp butter or margarine4 small granny smith or Braeburn apples, peeled and sliced1 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp ground cinnamondash of salt
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients, and sprinkle over pork.

heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork from skillet. Cover and keep warm.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apples and remainng ingredients, and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Serve apples with pork.
