Vegetarian White Bean Chilli

Ingredients
2 cans cappanelli beans (do not drain)2 cups chicken broth1 5oz can chopped green chilies2 tsp celery salt1 tsp pepper3 tsp cumin - ground1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/2 tsp cayenne pepper - optional
Directions
Heat olive oil and sautee onions and peppers until onions are translucent. Season with Salt and Pepper

Add beans, broth, cumin, chilies & Cayenne. Stir. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Top with a tbs of low fat sour cream and 2 tbs 2% shredded cheese
