Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats1 cup 1% milk1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup organic soy flour1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp sugar1 tsp cinnamon2 egg whites
Directions
mix oats and milk let stand 1 hr. mix all dry ingredients together except sugar and cinnamon.mix applesauce and egg whites with oat mixture then fold in flour mixture do not over mix fill muffin tins 3/4 full, mix cinnamon and sugar sprinkle over muffins bake.
