Beef and barley stew

Ingredients
Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cupBeef, bottom round, 9 oz, chopped in bite sizesCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium, choppedCarrots, raw, .5 cup, slicedZucchini, .5 cup, slicedDiced Tomatoes, half 12-oz canOnions, raw, 1 medium, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves, chopped1 cup waterSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients on slow cooker in low heat for about four hour or until meat is tender and barley is cooked throughtly.
Serving size is about a cup.
