Whole Wheat-Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup steel cut oats2 tsp sugar3 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 large eggs1/2 cup milk2 tbsp butter, softened1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.

beat egg, add milk, butter, vanilla extract. Stir together with dry ingredients thoroughly. Spray your pan with oil/butter mist, add 2 or 3 pancakes at a time.

****Makes about 6 3-4 inch pancakes.
