Ingredients
# *Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar (1oz), 5 oz (remove)# *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup (remove)# Onions, raw, .2 cup, chopped (remove)# Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)# Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)# Wegmans whole-wheat flour, .17 cup (remove)# Wegmans whole-wheat fusilli, 1.3 cup (remove)# Carl Buddig sliced ham (1 slice), 3 serving
Directions
Cook pasta to box instructions.
To make cheese sauce, combine olive oil and onion, saute until brown. Add pepper & flour and mix. Then add milk and cheese, stir until cheese is fully melted.
Combine sauce with pasta and add ham.

Bake in 350degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
