Ingredients
1 cup fresh red cabbage shredded1/2 cup jicama sliced thin1/2 ripe avocado mashed1 large hard cooked egg mashed(omit egg for vegan friendliness)
Directions
place shredded cabbage and jicama on your plate.
In a bowl, mix together avocado and hard cooked egg until well mashed. Scoop onto cabbage mixture and enjoy!
