High Fiber Insta-Muffin

Ingredients
1/4 cup of Flax meal1/4 cup of Eggbeaters1/2 tsp of baking powder1 or 2 tsps of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of I cant believe it's not butter2 packets of sugar substitute equal or splenda
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a cup
Add egg and butter. Mix well
Pop into the microwave for 1 minute
Slide the muffin out of the cup and enjoy a "bread" treat.
(Add raisins to make this even more delicious)
