Chicken Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients: Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 12 cup *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 18 tsp Water, tap, 99 fl oz *Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini, 6 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 56 ounces cookedPeas and carrots, frozen, 2 cup Bybee Foods Organic Garden Trio, 2 cup Broccoli, frozen, 300 grams
Directions
Combine broth, water and boullion together and simmer. Once broth is hot add cooked chicken (preferably shredded but diced works also) and allow to simmer for about 30-45 min. Turn heat to low and add all vegetables. NOTE: the broccoli will become mushy if left to cook too long. Once vegetables are thouroughly cooked add the tortellini. They take 10-20 minutes to cook depending on taste.

Serving size is 1 cup. Makes 24 servings.
