healthy chicken nuggets

Ingredients
3 Chicken breasts, no skin, cubed1 cup of skim milk 2 cups of flour (white)3 cups of Italian Bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Cube chicken and soak in skim milk.

Mix flour and bread crumbs together .

Thoroughly coat soaked chicken in bread crumb mixture.

Bake chicken on a rack placed on a cookie sheet or pan for at least 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
