Vegetarian chili (black beans)

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium, dicedgarlic, minced, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp baby carrots (14), dicedBeans, black, 3 cup (about 2 cans)Chili powder, 1 tbspTabasco Sauce, 3 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp tomatoes, diced "no salt added", 1.5 cup Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Saute the onions & garlic in olive oil, in a large saucepan.
Add carrots, tomatoes, beans, herbs & spices.
Cook on medium-low heat, for about 15 mins, or until the carrots are tender.

Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
