Italian Turkey Meatloaf

2 lbs. Ground Turkey1 c Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs1 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim3-4 cloves minced garlic2/3 c Ketchup3 medium sized eggs, slightly beatensalt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Mold meat mixture into a loaf form on a 9 x 13 baking dish. (I prefer the appearance of this to a loaf pan).
4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Slice into 8-10 large servings.
