1 can black beans, rinsed1 can corn, rinsed3T chopped jalapenos2 t minced garlic3T Olive oil1 t Adobo1c chopped onion1c chopped red/yellow pepper1 can diced tomato, drained3T cilantro3T lime juice1T chili poweder2 t ground cumin
Combine all ingredients in air tight container. Mix well and let sit to allow flavors to mingle. Serve with tortilla chips or heated over rice.
