BBQ Chicken with a Twist

Ingredients
4 chicken Legs 3 low in fat Mild Italienne sausage1 cup Rib & Chicken BBQ sauce 1 large onion choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Remove most of the fat from the chicken legs. Cut the leg to sperate the drumstick. Lay the pieces of chicken in a baking dish. Take the Italienne sausage and remove the meat from the skin. Roll the meat into balls (approx 12) . Place over the chicken. Pour the BBq sauce over the chicken and meat balls. Sprinkle the onions on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover the dish with Aluminum Foil. Bake at 375 for 1hr or until chicken is fully cook through. Serves 4 people. Serve with a bake potato and a side salad. Perfect for summer.
