Ingredients
6 c. old fashion oats, uncooked1 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans1 1/2c. coconut1 c. wheat germ1/2 c. honey1/4 c. water1/2 c. vegetable oil1 T. vanilla extract1 t. cinnamon1t. nutmeg1/2 t. salt
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Heat honey and water in small sauce pan until honey is incorporated into water. Add oil and vanilla extract and remove from heat. Stir liquid into dry ingredients. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt and stir again. Pour into 2 13
