4 eggs1.5 c sugar (used 1/2 sugar, 1/2 splenda)2 tsp vanilla1 c oil1.5 t cinnamon.75 t nutmeg8 oz crushed pineapple2 c grated zucchini3 c flour (used 1/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat)1 t salt1.5 t baking soda1.5 t baking powder
Directions
Place in 2 9x5 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. 24 servings
