stir fry asparagus and turnips

1 lb. fresh asparagus2 white turnips1/2 Cup fresh sliced mushrooms1/2 Cup onion course chopped1/4 to 1/2 cup chicken brothdash soy sauce to tasteseasoned garlic powder (we use garli garni)
put evoo in heavy bottomed saute pan or wok if you have one heat up while slice onion and quarter the slice. Put onion in pan and stir add mushroom stir a bit then snap woody ends off asparagus rinse and toss in pan.let that saute while you prep the turnips. Clean and chop turnips and add to pan. Saute for a few minutes then pour in the chicken broth and cover with a tight lid. Allow to steam for 4-5 minutes remove lid and let liquid steam off. Season with garlic powder and soy sauce to taste and serve.
