Garden Harvest Soup

Ingredients
I can Hunt's diced tomatoes (14.5oz)2 pcs garlic, thinly sliced1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 medium carrot, grateda dash of salt & pepper2 cups water2 cups chicken broth1/2 medium onion, minced1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan and add in onions; cook for 5 minutes. Then add in carrots, tomatoes, water, bell pepper, garlic and broth. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
