Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 large cucumber, .25 cup of chopped white onions, 4 tablespoons of fat free sour cream, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.
Directions
Recipe makes two good sized servings if used as a side item, or one hearty serving when used as a meal. Slice the cucumbers, and then chop about 1/3 of a medium sized onion. Add these to a bowl with 4 tablespoons of fat free sour cream, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and mix until all ingredients are equally covered. Salt and pepper to taste. This is a great low cal, low fat side dish that is filling but wont give you that heavy feeling with just a little over 100 calories with all these ingredients combined.
